Fabricated at Westerham Hill, galvanised and powder coated to your colour, then installed by our own fitters, usually in a day.

Our workshop is at 4 Fort Cottages, on the North Downs above Westerham. Biggin Hill, Warlingham, Bromley, Keston, Croydon, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Oxted and Caterham are all within a short drive, and we cover every town and village within ten miles of Warlingham as a matter of routine.

Where are you based?
At 4 Fort Cottages, Westerham Hill, Westerham, Kent TN16 2ED, on the North Downs above Westerham where Kent meets Surrey and the London Borough of Bromley. It is the base for the office and the fabrication workshop, and we come out from there to survey and fit.
How far do you travel?
Our routine patch is everything within about ten miles of Warlingham: Biggin Hill, Bromley, Keston, Orpington, Croydon, Caterham, Oxted, Sevenoaks and the villages between. We regularly go further across Kent, Surrey and South London for staircases, fire escapes and balconies.
How quickly can I get a price?
Send a photo with a rough height, or a drawing, and you will normally have a written estimate within the working day. A free site survey turns that into a fixed quotation.
Do you make the steelwork yourselves?
Yes. Every staircase is designed, fabricated and fitted by our own team from the workshop at Westerham Hill. Hot-dip galvanising and powder coating are done by specialist plants, and the finished steel comes back to us for fitting.
Which finish lasts longest outside?
Hot-dip galvanising, every time, with a powder coat over the top if you want colour. Galvanised steel does not rust from the inside out the way painted steel does.
Can you supply drawings for building control?
Yes. Every job is drawn to scale before it is made, and we supply the drawings, and structural calculations where required, for planning applications and building control.
