What we collect

Your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the job and whatever you tell us about the work, taken from calls, emails and the quotation form on this site. Enquiries are kept in our customer system (HighLevel, a US service used under UK GDPR safeguards) and in our email inbox so that we can call you back.

What we use it for

To survey, quote for, make and fit the metalwork you have asked about, and to stay in touch about that job. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Who sees it

Only the people who need it to carry out your job: our own staff, the galvanising and coating plants for delivery, and a structural engineer where a calculation is required.

Measurement

The site uses Google advertising and analytics tags to count visits and enquiries. They do not identify you by name.

Your rights

Ask us at any time for a copy of the information we keep on you, for a correction, or for it to be deleted once the job is finished and the statutory record-keeping period has passed. Write to info@steelstairsandgates.co.uk.
